Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days. During peak periods or high order volumes, slight delays may occur as we prioritise quality over speed.

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 7–9 working days, depending on your location and pincode.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.

A Note on Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays caused by external factors such as courier operations or weather conditions may occasionally occur.

Remote Locations
Deliveries to certain remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

Returns & Exchanges
As each Rangat piece is curated with care, we currently do not offer returns. However, incase of any human error we are always here for an exchange
