At Rangat, each piece is thoughtfully prepared, which means a little time goes into bringing it perfectly to you.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days. During peak periods or high order volumes, slight delays may occur as we prioritise quality over speed.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 7–9 working days, depending on your location and pincode.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.

A Note on Delays

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays caused by external factors such as courier operations or weather conditions may occasionally occur.

Remote Locations

Deliveries to certain remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

Returns

Rangat has a 7-day return policy. To be eligible, an item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Approved returns are issued as store credit, not as cash or a refund to the original payment method.
