Rangat Reviews

Rangat launched in March 2026, so the reviews are only just starting to come in. Rather than pad this page with testimonials, here is what you can check for yourself before you order — the specification, what is actually in the box, and what happens if it is not right.

What you can verify before you buy

Most jewellery in this price range does not publish a specification. These are ours, and each one is checkable against the product page:

Being precise about what this is

Two things worth stating plainly, because vagueness at this price is how buyers get caught out.

  • This is 18K gold plating over stainless steel, not solid gold. Solid gold bangles start many times higher than ₹1,000. What you are paying for is the colour, the craft and a base that survives daily wear.
  • Care still matters. Water is fine — the steel base does not corrode. What shortens the life of any plated jewellery is chemistry: perfume, sanitiser, chlorine and heavy lotions. Put jewellery on last, after those have dried.

The one durability claim we do make

Our founder wore the same pair every day for over a year — before Rangat existed — with no fading. That is a single pair, worn by one person, and we describe it that way rather than turning it into a guarantee. It is the reason she felt able to sell them. The full story is here.

How we compare to other Indian brands

We published a comparison of seven Indian anti-tarnish brands — base metal, plating, price band and sizing, each read off the brand's own site. Read it here. Rangat is the only one in it offering hand-enamelled colour in free size from ₹349.

If it is not right

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item needs to be unworn and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. A ₹100 return fee applies and is deducted from the store credit issued. Full terms in the refund policy.

Free size removes the most common reason jewellery gets returned, which is why we lead with it.

Where reviews will appear

Reviews are collected through Judge.me and appear on the product pages themselves, written by people who actually bought the piece. We do not write them, edit them or filter them. There are three so far and more arriving as orders land — a small number honestly come by, rather than a wall of quotes we wrote ourselves.

Questions

Is Rangat a real brand?

Yes. Rangat was founded in March 2026 by Jyoti Vashisth and is registered in Gurugram, Haryana. It sells only at buyrangat.com. Contact is jtivashisth@gmail.com.

Why are there only a few reviews?

Because the brand launched in March 2026. There are three so far, collected through Judge.me from people who bought the piece, and more arrive as orders do. We would rather show a few real ones than a page of quotes we wrote ourselves.

Are Rangat bangles worth the price?

At ₹349–999 you are paying for hand-applied enamel colour on a stainless steel base with 18K gold plating, free size, and a wooden box. Cheaper bangles exist from ₹99; most do not state a base metal at all. Whether that trade is worth it is your call, and the price-tier guide lays out what changes at each level.

What if the colour fades?

Email us at jtivashisth@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We want to know, and we will deal with it.
